DRILLING RIG 40L can be divided into main units of drilling rig, power unit, pump unit, solid control unit, wellsite oil and water unit and electrical control unit, and air source unit.

   Main unit of drilling rig includes the following parts: mast,substructure, crown block, travelling block, hook, dual-purpose swivel, rotary table, drawworks, rotary table electrical-driven device, driller console, and auxiliary equipment of drill floor.

  Power unit includes diesel engine unit, the chain and  transmission device, generator,Automatic pressure fan, air source device,and electric control room and so on.

  It includes mud solid control system, mud pump device and high pressure valves and so on.

  K-type mast is fabricated by H steel, with the advantage of open view and easy transportation.

  Substructure is piece-packaged, and installed at low position. The mast is also assembled in low position, and raised up by the drawworks.

  The layout of rig is reasonable. Piece-packaged parts can meet the requirements of the integral hoisting and transportation by rail and highway.

 The rig has wide scope of equipment, high mechanization and strong adaptability.

The transmission system are connected by the cardan shaft, with the character of easy installation and disassembly.
